The mexican official law 001establishes permissive parameters on wastewater for industries and sewage. The result is free virus and bacteria water, correct PH levels ready to be released to sewage without health or environmental risks.
It is mandatory oversight for responsible people of their water discharges on any kind of water receptor Mexico´s nation property.
This law doesn’t apply to sewage pluvial discharges. Or any discharge they pour on county sewage systems.
